The Wheal Martyn Conference suite itself can seat up to 30 delegates in board room style or 40 theatre and is set in the tranquil and pastoral setting of the surrounding woodland. The newly refurbished Conference Suite within the grounds of St Austell’s China Clay Country Park will be officially opened on Monday March 17 at 12 noon. Officiating at the VIP opening ceremony will be by the new chairman of the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Economic Forum Thelma Sorensen who is also chair of the Cornwall Business Partnership. Invitations are now going out for the opening to local and regional business press as well as business organisations and members of St Austell’s Chamber of Commerce. The ceremony will include a free buffet lunch as well as a prize draw for free all day. Breakout rooms and catering are available ensuite. Introductory prices start at £50 with discounts for continuation, block bookings, catering. & banqueting.
