The museum stocks a wide range of books covering a wealth of subjects as diverse as specialist books on hard rock mining, fiction written by local authors, childrens books and even cookery books.

There are some great new titles being carried for 2007 and the range has been expanded by popular demand. Whether you are after a specialist title, lighter ficton or a childrens book there will be something on the shelves for you.

The shop stocks a wide range of ficton by local authors and authors with connections to Cornwall which includes; Du Maurier, E.V.Thompson, Rosemary Aitken, Kate Tremayne, A.L. Rouse, J. Clemo and Mary Wesley.

Childrens books for all ages can also be found in pride of place within the shop.

Titles include great Cornish tales such as 'The Mousehole cat' by Antonia Barber and the 'Brave Tales' Series.

Old favourites including 'Gumdrop' and 'Thomas the Tank Engine' can be found alongside some fascinating educational titles.
