Join us on Sunday 12 May for this exclusive fundraising walk off the beaten track to explore areas of the clay landscape not usually accessible to the public. We will meet at 10.45am at Wheal Martyn to start the walk at 11am.

Starting along the clay trails before heading off the public path onto the West Carclaze site and up to the highest point where the views over clay country and the St Austell coast are amazing.

We can provide a packed lunch or bring along your own to enjoy whilst taking in the view.

The walk will the continue through the woods and around the foot of Sky Tip, rejoining the clay trail back to Wheal Martyn where refreshments will be available to purchase.

The walk will be approximately 4 miles long. Please dress appropriately for the weather, walking boots or sturdy footwear are recommended.

As well as an opportunity to explore these hidden areas, this event helps support the charitable work of Wheal Martyn Trust (Charity no. 1001838), with money raised from ticket sales contributing to our fundraising.
